What Causes Frequent Urge To Urinate And Burning Sensation While Urinating?

I have been diagnosed with an ulcer recently -- not from h pylori bacteria, but likely from stress and diet. I have noticed that I am often awoken in the night having to urinate badly, and it is a burning sensation when I urinate; like I can't seem to urinate enough to feel satisfied.
