Hi,
Noted your history of abdominal distension without fever,
nausea,
vomiting, increases on eating even small amounts of food and frontal headache.
The commonest causes I can think about are as follows:
Intestinal obstruction, particularly of the large intestine can cause similar symptoms without any nausea, vomiting or fever.
This can be diagnosed best by the following ways:
CT scan of abdomen and head will give a lead.
Tests of blood, urine and stool help further.
Clinical examination by a Doctor can give the final diagnosis and management.
Till then stop solid foods.
Take only liquids orally.
Till then get an X-ray of abdomen in standing position. This may suggest if there are fecoliths, intestinal obstruction or so.
Ultrasonography if immediate CT scan can not be done.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
