What Causes Gastric Problems, Pain In Arm And Chest On Left Side?

Hi, I am aged about 40 yrs, I am having hyper acidity gastric problem and feeling sometime left arm and shoulder pain, some time left side chest pain. Is anything related with heart problem or only due to acidity? earlier I got my ECG, TMT & Eco which all are negative. any other test is recommended.

Hi since you have already had ECG and TMT, it is most probably due to acidity.
You can do x-ray of cervical spine to rule out spondylitis.
