What Causes Hair Loss After Suffering From Infectious Mononucleosis?

My son very had very bad case of mono back in early September, suffering with a 103 fever for two weeks, hospitalization overnight for dehydration, and a rash that covered his whole body. Now three months later he is starting to lose his hair. What should we do?

what was the diagnosis for fever when he was hospitalised. do all test repeated, like complete hemogram, rule out typhoid, and viral infestation of skin. go for renal function test.
