What Causes Hair Thinning/losing, Unable To Lose Weight, Low Vitamin-D With 6/7 Blood Sugar?

I had my blood work all the test twice. Hair thinning, and falling, cant loose weight, and cold my test were all within range, but Vit D low. I also got a 6 out of 7 for blood sugar tending towards diabetes. I had candida years ago. The doctor suggested I take metformin and not to worry about thyroid. Okay but my temperature in am and pm is low 96.6 97.0 and in the office 98.4 at 5 pm. She did not even look in my eyes, ears nose or asked any other questions. I m done with doctors. Most of the symptoms of hypothyroid but no answers. Any Advice??? thanks Oh and by the way I avoid carbs due to candida and eat really good. I m 58

Hello,
You must be properly investigated for diabetes by getting fasting sugar,PP sugar and HBA1c done.
You must also be investigated for hypothyroidism and S.VIT B12.
Hair falling and thinning can be due to VIT D deficiency also.You must ensure that you take proper VIT D and calcium supplements.
Proper treatment should be instituted after proper diagnosing the condition.
You are advised to follow a dietary restriction and regular exercises schedule,in case,you are found to be diabetic or pre diabetic.
