What Causes Hallucinations After A Bout Of Swollen Tongue?

My brother started out with a swollen tongue a few days ago. Now he s been having hallucinations and is not making sense when he talks. I mean, you can understand what he s saying but what he s saying doesn t make sense. Can you think of a reason why this is happening?

Hello,

What is the reason for a swollen tongue? There's is a possibility of drug allergy or angioedema or pharyngitis etc.

Usually, in case of drug allergy, there's is a possibility of the swollen tongue it may be associated with a swollen tongue.

Food poisoning or electrolyte imbalance or alcohol consumption may also present like this.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
