What Causes Hard Feeling Around Navel While Having Chronic Constipation?
There is a hard mass when I press hard around my belly button. Maybe it s an organ? It doesn t hurt except when I press on it. Also I ve been experiencing chronic constipation and only have a decent bowel movement if I use a suppository. I have Dr appt scheduled. .. should I be concerned?

From history it seems that there might be having hard fecal material deposited in colon.
There is another possibility of developing umbilical hernia.
consult surgeon and get examined.
X-ray or ultra sound of abdomen will be of much helpful.
