What Causes Head And Neck Pain After Receiving A Cortisone Shot?
was in a MVA 4 months ago. going to PT for shoulder/ neck. Only imaging was xray of shoulder. Had cortisone in shoulder 2 1/2 weeks ago. Since Monday my Neck as hurt a lot more and headaches. Yesterday I was on the heating pad - hot tub took Percocet , still hurting pretty good today- was thinking it was due to MVA but now wondering if it is some kind of virus - not sure I feel great at times feels like sinus pressure

Hi,
You might had frozen shoulder for which you have taken steroid injection in shoulder. Physiotherapy and apply warm Phomantation over shoulder. Apply analgesic ointment externally. Take tab Combiflam twice daily for 7 days.
