What Causes Head Spinning While Waking Up With CABG?

My father is operated CABG on June 21st, it's close to 2 months now. Since last night he says that when he is waking up, his head is spinning for a couple of mins. Can you explain the reason for this? Is this something we should be worried about?

Yes, it is a complaint which needs Immediate Medical attention. Please monitor his vitals, and also do repeat 2D-Echo with Cardiologist Only.
He should take the Medications Prescribed for Post-CABG regularly.
