What Causes Headache Along With Pain In Eye?

Hello, I have been suffering from severe headaches for the past three years, they come and go and mainly appear on exercising, however lately have been coming on early hours of the morning waking me. They are a stabbing pain behind my right eye, like I have needles trying to stab from the inside of my eye ball. They last for about 20 mins. I have tried Chiropractor and had a MRI but nothing is helping and I have no answers. Please help

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having repeated headache and pain in the eye.
The common causes for headache are uncorrected refractive errors, sinusitis and primary headaches like migraine.
Since the MRI scan is normal and it is not showing any problems and headache lasts only for 20 mins, sinusitis and refractive error are unlikely. Hence probably migraine is the probable cause in your case and requires treatment by the use of drugs like flunarizine or beta blockers.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
