Please I had a skull fracture which was operated during childhood, 10 years later I started having severe headache and blurr visions follow, it goes away if I sit for a while or lie down, at the operated side which is on top of my head, I have a small dent. Its been 19 years since the surgery, am 31years now, I went for an MRI recently and the scan showed a small dent right on top of my vein. Hello,

We have two options for it.
-Either medical management by using cerebral vasodilators good analgesics-NSAIDs.
-If the compression is severe then we may need to go for surgical correction of it. Please review with your neurosurgeon for further management immediately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
