I'm a 26 year old guy and have a lazy eye. I've used an eye patch over my good eye but my other eye is soo blurry that after about an hour my eye hurts and I start getting a headache. Every now and then the eye will go extremely clear but as soon as I blink it goes blurry again.

Does this mean that the patch is working? All I was told is that it would take "some time" before the eye would be strong enough for corrective lenses to be useful (strongest lenses my optomatrist had were still rather blurry on the 1st 2 lines on their chart).

Would be good to know how much more of this I have to endure
