What Causes Headache And Breathlessness Along With Pain In Arm And Chest?

I have left arm pain, fullness in the chest with shortness of breath, pain and pressure. It starts in my neck into my arm and chest giving me a headache on the left side. - Lately my blood pressure has been erratic. I have sever anxiety and bi polar. Otherwise healty

I would advise you to rule out the cardiac cause for pain in arm, neck along with shortness of breath by undergoing investigations to rule out the cardiac cause for it. Also, anxiety may also cause or aggravate the above condition. Please seek an opinion by a cardiologist and a psychiatrist for above complaints.
