Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I rarely get headaches and when I do they usually are the start of migraines. I have had a constant pressure in my temples the last 4 days and it is made worse by standing or moving quickly. Today my left eye has started to have a dull pain and it is made worse when I move my eye left or right. It is just my left eye not my right. I have also had chills today. Should I just wait it out or be concerned?
It is possible that you may have an infection of your sinuses. This can cause chills , headaches worse with movement particularly bending over and a feeling of pressure and fullness. This , however, would be more likely if you have other symptoms such as sneezing, post nasal drip etc.
If this is not the case, then this headache, since it is severe, may be a variation of your migraine though chills are not usually present
It may be best for you to be assessed.
