What Causes Headache, Body Pain, Nausea And Tinnitus In The Ear?
late Sunday afternoon starting getting headache, went to sleep and woke up around midnight with a severe headache. Prone to migraines but with this my body started aching and I went through of being really cold and shaky. Had severe tinnitus in my ears and felt nauseous. This lasted all through Monday with severe headaches and hot/cold sweats through last night. Advil is the only thing that helped. Could this be flu? or something else
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Viral infection lead to body pain and other symptoms. You have tinnitus problem that may be because of ear infection or inner ear problem. Ear problem cause referred pain at head.
Consult a physician for further diagnosis. If needed then otoscopy examination is required for diagnosis. Detail history and physical examination give exact idea. Complete blood cell count and microscopic examination is helpful for further diagnosis.
I hope my guidance is helpful to you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Rachana Goswami
