What Causes Headache, Eye Pain And Numbness In Feet And Arm?
Two weeks ago I had an excruciating headache, so bad it made me ill. I felt a stabbing pain in my right eye.Since then, I have had anumbness in my feet and right arm. When I sleep is when it really gets bad. My fingers in my right hand hurt really bad, the pain is extreme enough that it wakes me up. It hurts up to my elbow, but mainly my fingertips and arm.
* The assembly of symptoms indicative of headache, eye pain, numbness feet, and arm indicate possible neurologic disturbances of some sort as nerve compression, immune-related issues or else.
* In my clinic, I do prefer a detailed neurologic examination including peripheral pulses, active and passive range of motion, reflexes, sensory and motor functions for getting a better clue of possible diagnosis.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
