What Causes Headache, Shaky Body, Bruxism And Fast Speech?

I have had horrible headaches for a few years. They are now turning into fits of rage and uncontrollable shaking. When I come around I don t remember much. I apparently stay responsive but speech is very fast and I stutter and my eyes dart around a lot. I also clench my jaw when this happens. Then the headache sets in and I am super cloudy for hours. What can this be?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Many of the neurologic disorders do present as headache, shaky body, bruxism and fast speech as:
- Cerebral hypoperfusion
- Cerebellar insult
- Frontal or parietal lobe pathology affecting speech areas
- Lowering the threshold of seizure due to underlying pathology or physiologic alteration.

If you can share your MRI plates here, I can guide you further precisely in this regard.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
