What Causes Headache, Sinus Pressure, Dizziness, Fatigue And Body Aches?

Hello, I work night shift for the last 6 months and i have been experiencing headaches, sinus pressure, dizziness from time to time, fatigue, and muscle and joint aches. I have never experienced anything like this before. I was wondering if it was something as simple as a vitamin d deficiency or something else? I get about 8 hours of sleep a night and I work out 5 days a week. Recently I havent had the energy to exercise.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Dear. The simple reason is there in change in your biological circardian rythm. Night shifts will alter our whole pattern of sleeping, eating routine. May be you need to get adjusted with this over a period of time. Because of night shifts you may not be eating well from time to time and this might be the reason. If possible explain this to your boss and see to it that night shifts are reduced
Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
