What Causes Headache While On Amox Tr-k Clv?

hi, ihave been on amox tr-k clv 875-125 mg tab for 5 days now . at first when i went to dr . my throat was closing up on me . and he said i was very red and swallin. when i started the meds i started to feel better after 12hr. i still feel like im stuff but i can breath and swallow ok now . i have been setting clock to the 12 hr. apart been doing perfect there eating and drink with them . and i am drinking a ton of water . but now still 5 days later iam getting very bad headaches and low grade fevers 99.9 and i have to sleep kinda sitting up or i will get a headaches i then take 2or 3 ibuprofen and the headaches go away . i been getting 3 bad ones a day. is this the meds or should i be calling dr. back? thank you kim
