hi, my partner has been ill for over 2 weeks he s been back and for the doctors but still feels really ill, he has ~ lower left back pain he s weak and tired he has a fever and is aching his head is painful to touch and feels like it s going to explode loss of appetit and infrequent urination

It is obviously that this a case of infection. Genitourinary tract infection is a possibility since there is low back pain and urinary problems. Blood tests and urine tests are necessary in this case. Discuss with the primary care Doctor for these issues.
