What Causes Headache With Fever?
Hi my 4 year old son has had a high fever 104 and complains of an intense headache, took him to the doctor assuming its a virus, fever seemed to be gone for a day now back. Should I take him back to the doctor or does the virus just need to run its course

Hi,
This headache looks primarily due to viral fever only. Since, the fever has gone, the headache will also subside in next 24 hrs. You need to give child adequate rest and more fluids.
