What Causes Headache?

When i was little i contracted the viral meningitis, i healed well, ever since ive ha severe migraines that make it hard to focus and do anything, if i do take something, it takes a while to work and doesnt work long, why do i keep having head aches??

Hi,

As you said, these may me the episodes of migraine headache also, however, there are some cardinal features of migraine like - the throbbing nature of headache, associated nausea, worsening of headache on exposure to lights and sounds. I would rather suggest that a brain imaging will be desirable in your case as you had meningitis previously.
