Tinnitus is commonly caused by damage to the sensory hair cells in the inner ear. If left untreated it can lead to hearing impairment or hearing loss. Get clinically examined by an ENT, itchy bump can be infectious you may need antibiotics. Get audiography, tympanometry & speech discrimination testing done to detect the severity of the impairment. Treatment includes CBT & TRT (tinnitus retraining therapy) along with medications & surgery if required. Floaters may cause headache, some floaters disappear by themselves after a couple of days. If the floaters continue get clinically examined, you may need treatment (laser therapy or Vitrectomy).
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
