What Causes Headache,mild Fever And Chest Tightness?

Symptoms....headache, slight fever, body aches, constant chest tightening feeling....feels like you swallowed air or breathing in really cold weather. Also, neck but not throat soreness.Should I be concerned about chest issue? It s been constant for about 7 hours now.
