What Causes Headache,pain In Neck And Ear?

I have been having a headache (feels almost like a hangover, but it s not) for about 4 days, light sensitive is on and off, neck hurts and my right ear hurts. I was exercising and when I finished I was hearing a sound like wheezing coming from my right ear and sometimes I feel Nauseous.

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of headache like hangover, light sensitivity if on and off,
Pain in the neck and right ear also has pains. This started after you finished exercises, started hearing sound like wheezing coming from right ear and sometimes feeling nausea too.
The commonest reasons are as follows:
- First of all check your blood pressure, this can be the first indication of Hyper tension.
- Get an ENT opinion for ENT endoscopy, to find whether there is any problem in the right ear or is a part of a big problem of the brain or so. If needed you will need MRI of the brain and ears.
- Proper diagnosis will lead to a proper treatment.
