What Causes Headaches After A Neck Fracture?

I have fractured c3 in my neck well report says c2 on c3anterdishesis..im in a neck brace but my headaches are getting so sever and making me sick I feel like my heads in a vice script a times and its been 3 wks as of tomorrow since I fell ,, what does that word mean

Take tab. Naproxen whenever for headache.
Also can take tab. Vertin for vertigo.
It is because of bone destruction at the level of C2-C3 that causes pressure effects on the nerves passing through it leading to these symptoma.
