What Causes Headaches And Fatigue While Having Low BP Levels?

Hi, I am a 41 year old female, I have had headaches and very tired the past two days. Started monitoring my BP and noticed my pulse is between 54-58. BP varies from 96/66, 117/53, 99/67. I have felt hazey and out of it for the past two days. Wondering if it is something I should be concerned about. I have changed my diet in the past three months and have been eating mainly Paleo. Didn t know if that could be a cause of the symptoms? Thank you, Maria

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to diet. Take more fluids. Soups will be more helpful. Get an ECG(EKG) also.
