What Causes Headaches And High Fever?

I am a 34 year old male. I have had a headache all day. It starts at the base of my neck and goes up into my head and my temples. I also have a fever of 102, pain in my back mostly around my ribcage on the right side. I have a history of migraines and my medicine hasn t touched the headache. I also have petite mal seizures. I m not sure if I should go to a doctor or just give it some more time. Don t know if I should take more medicine and if I do what should I take?

I can understand your concern.
You should definitely consult doctor because you are seizure patient and have highly grade fever with headache. So this fever if not treated promptly can worsen seizures.
So consult doctor and get done blood reports to find out cause for fever an headache.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Take paracetamol thrice daily.
Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid junk food.
Don't worry, you will be alright but first consult doctor.
