General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello,
i can undestand your concern. it is fairly common to have headaches and facial pain after an injury.
mild concussions go on there own.
if you wer unconscious after the fall, had any fit or vomitings have double vision or any visual disturbance or bleeding from nose or ears, you need a ct brain immediately without delay to check for injuries.

other than these, its not a reason to worry. take a paracetamol(tylenol) for headache and facial pain. that should be sufficient.

hope this helps. have a nice day
