What Causes Headaches And Palpitation In Spite Of Taking Medication?
Hi, It is about someone I know who is 56 yrs old. She has been having very high blood pressure and after several tests and diagnosis it was dicovered she high aldestone level and was give aldatone. During that time she also complained of very bad headaches and numbness in her right side of the body including jaw. It has been more than 4 months now that she is on that medication and gradually reduced her numbeness and headaches. But again recently she is complaining of headaches and palpitations. Could someone let me what this could be?

Since she is having high blood pressure, with recording headaches and palpitations, other medicines to lower the blood pressure and control the heart rate may be used. Propranolol may be tried as it's a good medicine for both palpitations and headache relief. Please tell her to avoid stress.
