General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You suspect that he may have Lyme disease. One of the typical signs of Lyme is erythema migrans, that is a rash around the tick bite that can migrate at other parts of body. It resembles the bulls eyes.

He can do serological examinations that are antibodies against borelia to confirm infection. The treatment consists of Doxocycline for 14 days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
