Hello,
I can classify your condition as intention tremors of left leg. But it can be a physiological or
essential tremor. A few causes of intention tremors are:
1) Physiological/psychiatric (e.g., anxiety, fear, anger, and fatigue)
2) Iatrogenic (e.g., anti-epileptics such as phenytoin, and
carbamazepine)
3) Vascular (e.g., cerebellar infarct)
4) Trauma (e.g., diffuse
axonal injury)
5) Neuroinflammatory or autoimmune (e.g., multiple sclerosis)
6) Metabolic (e.g., hepatocerebral degeneration)
7) Toxic (e.g.,
barbiturate overdose,
alcohol dependence, mercury poisoning)
8) Hereditary (e.g., Wilson disease)
A detailed history and physical examination are essential. Also various lab tests like MRI brain, complete metabolic profile, ESR, CBP complete blood picture, CRP and urine analysis for toxins. Definitely yours is not Parkinson's disease. So you need a thorough evaluation by a neuro-physician.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
