What Causes Headaches While Suffering From Sinusitis?

I have been going thru sinus sore throut horrible all day headache, no fever. Urgent care gave me tramadol and clrotymicin. I have been sick on and off for month, but never on antibiotics. Could this be bacterial and would it cause these headaches? How lon g for these meds to be in my system and work? Thank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Yes, Sinusitis can give you headaches.
You could take steam inhalation with any standard vapocaps available in your locality (Sinarest vapocaps). This should give a lot of relief.
What antibiotics have you taken so far? for how many days?
