What Causes Headaches With Dizziness & Ringing In The Ears?

Hello,

I am on Celebrex and Tramacet for neck pain (I have congenital fusion at C4/5 and prolapsed discs at c5/6 and c6/7 - for which I am awaiting surgery).

I have been on celebrex and tramacet for 5 weeks now. Over the last 2 weeks I have been feeling progressively worse. I feel sick, headache, dizzy, ringing in ears. Is this due to the medication? I did not take the celebrex yesterday and was in lots of pain but did feel better for part of the day. Today, I have not taken any pain killers (and am in lots of pain) but still feeling very ill.

I went to a drop in centre on Sunday and was told it was probably the tablets, but is there anything I can do being that I feel so sick and I am struggling to focus on things (it has taken me a while to actually write this!)

Many thanks
