What Causes Heart Palpitations With Abnormal Blood Circulation?

for two years i have been having MAJOR migraines on only my left side of the head. for the past year its been daily and never ending. i have been going to doctors. two weeks ago a doctor realized my skin was fleshing and my circulation isnt right. well long story short, at the end of my appointment i found out my heart is working over time to try and pump blood thorugh my body! i am now schedualed for a heart test in one week, and than an MRI and MRA of the brain and a sleep test. i take my blood pressure everyday sitting and than standing sitting its fine and than standing my blood pressure DROPS and my heart RACES, i am VERY scared for my tests.
