What Causes Heaviness In Chest And Light Headed ?

hi i was just wondering .. my heart rate is usually around 77bpm which i think is normal,every now and again though I feel a little heaviness on my chest and it drops to around 60-62 bpm do you know what causes this? thanks. The heaviness can sometimes be accompanied by some lightheadedness.

It seems to be a cardiac problem which causes low cerebral perfusion and light headedness. So it would be beneficial to get a electrocardiogram done. It will rule out any heart block or any other cardiac ailment.
