What Causes Heavy And Longer Periods And Bloating In Stomach?

I'm heaving heavy and longer periods every month and I have alot of pain all the time not only on those days, my lower stomach seems to be inflamated, I bleed during the month too and when I have intercouse with my husband hurts and I always bleed after some times more than others.
