What Causes Heavy Bleeding After Insertion Of A Multiload Loop?

I am suffering from very heavy bleeding . I had an abortion last month on the 6th and I got a multiload loop inserted. Is the bleeding connected with any one of the above situations? I have been asked to take gynea C.V.P tablet three times a day. Is it ok to take it and for how long.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that a ultrasound examination of lower abdomen will be required to know if the multilod device is at its correct position or not , to stop bleeding use tranaxemic acids 500 mg for 5 days and tablet norethisterone 5mg for 5 days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
