What Causes Heavy Bleeding After Polypectomy?

Hi I had a d&c, hysteroscopy , biopsy , polypectomy and insertion of mirena coil 10 days ago as I was having continuous heavy bleeding for the past few months. Initially after surgery I only bled lightly for a couple of days and then had nothing. Over the past 3 days I have started to bleed again and quite heavily, passing clots again. Is this normal?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such heavy menses bleeding may not be normal one and it could be due to hormone changes or it could be due to IUD condition needs differentiation and then bleeding can be managed accordingly it is better to see the gynecologist hope this information helps.
