What Causes Heavy Periods, Headache And Dizziness?

i got the contraceptive implant 5 months ago and this month I have heavy menstruation and having headache and dizziness. I wonder if implant affect with my high blood pressure too? I am currently experiencing dizziness from time to time even after my menstruation.
