General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Let me tell you that symptoms described by you suggest postpartum haemorrhage. It usually happens within 1 day of baby delivery, but it can happen up to 12 weeks after having a baby. If active bleeding present you take tablet Tranexamic Acid 500 3 times a day. I also suggest consulting with a gynaecologist.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Arup Majumdar, General & Family Physician
