What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding Along With Huge Clots?

i had a had birth complications and lost my baby jan 15, i have had heavy bleeding since huge clots over the size of a baseball and gushes, i took my blood pressure because im extremely short of breath exhausted and no energy. i have done nothing but rest this morning on top of gushing blood n huge clots every few minutes. my blood pressure was 110 over 86... should i go to the er?

I want to ask first thing that whether you underwent an abortion in a facility?
What medications have you taken after that?
I suggest you to visit your gynaecologist as its been long since you lost your baby and you are still bleeding. Kindly get your complete blood chemistry along with ultrasound lower abdomen as there may be possibilities that some retained products of conception can be present. You can take tranexamic acid as that helps to stop your bleeding. You can even start taking haematinic also.
