General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms you explain may be due to pregnancy, but the best way to know for sure is to have a BHCG blood test. If this comes out normal then it is sure you are not pregnant. In this case, the milk production is not due to pregnancy either and further investigations are needed (hormonal level checks) to find out the cause.

I hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
