Hi I ve had severe sore and tender breasts to where they were touched they ached... I was late for five days and finally my period came down and was very heavy with blid clots ( this never happens to me) can you please tell me what is going on with my body

Get a USG and hCG levels. Both can corelate and tell about the diagnosis.
Do you have history of intercourse?
How old are you?
Any medical history?
Taking any meds?
A breast examination is needed. Get a physical examination from a gynecologist or surgeon.
