I have 2 questions! I get bloodclots bigger than a quarter on my period is that normal? And also I had sex last month after ovulation and I have been pretty normal my whole life I always come between then 28 - 32nd day! I had a heavy 7 day period last month changing my tampon 3 - 4 times a day with heavy blood clots as usual! This month I am late I have started to work out I am 230 pounds and 5 1! Every time I worked out this month I had spotting! I had spotting for 4 days after I worked out the first time then the spotting stopped for about 3 days and I worked out again and had spotting for 2 days!? I don t know if that played a part in me being late! Also I recently got a cold with a sore throat for almost a week and running nose right when my period was about to come! And I stress over school but over all I dont know why I am late? I also started taking the Apple Cider Vinegar weight loss drink I have no idea if this had alot to do with me being late to?
