Hello dear I understand your concern Heavy blood discharge during menopause is not common. It could be due to hormonal imbalance, vaginal infection, cervicitis, endometrial/cervixdysplasia, polyp, endometrial cancer, pelvic inflammatory disorder. I would suggest to consult gynecologist and undergo examination, reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan, vaginal swab test, PAP smear, endometrial biopsy if needed Specific treatment depend on cause. Progesterone pill an tranexemic acid can be used to stop blood discharge Infection require prescribed antibiotic like clindamycin, cefixime Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using V vaginal plus wash, Drink plenty of water and eat healthy diet Hope this may help you
Contact further if follow up needed Best regards Dr. Sagar
