What Causes High BP And Pulse, Glands Swelling, Throat Pain And Fever?

I am 50 years old i have been having bout with raised blood pressur and have a follow up with my cardio the end of the month,sat night my pulse was 120 i went to er they gave me ativan? 1 mg and did blood work sent me home8 hours later i was fine yesterday but very tired, today my glands are swallon, my throat hurts really bad and i have a temp of 102.3..i took 2 extra strenght tylenol plaese advice what i should do next nevermind i dont have money to pay, thank you for you help

Your symptoms seem to be related to an infection or active inflammation.

I would recommend consulting with your doctor for a physical exam and performing some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate).

Meanwhile, I would recommend taking ibuprofen for the pain.
