What Causes High Fever And Body Chills?
My boyfriend is 26 and is having a 102.8 fever. It was 103 four hours ago and we broke it and it went down to 99.9 and now it s back to 102.8, what can we do to get it down. He is stating he is freezing and can t stop shivering. He has no other symptoms other than a fever

hello, first of all check if he is having any other associated symptoms such as burning sensation in urine, cough,severe headache ,body ache &rashes, if all these symptoms are absent, probably it could be a viral fever ,just give him paracetamol 650 mg and give him cold water sponge bath ,fever should settle in 3-4 days, if not I would suggest you to go to a nearby health centre and get evaluated and relevant treatment done
