General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for asking a question at Healthcare magic

I will try my best to provide you with the relevant answer

This can be due to acute pancreatitis

yes this is an alarm, and you should not drink so many beers at one shot

Restrict alcohol intake and you cannot take often

If fever persists for one more day, go to hospital and get checked.

Hope this helps

Best Regards

Dr Chaithanya
