General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms of the child seem to be related to a viral infection.

I suggest to continue using Tylenol for the fever and drink a lot of liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
